Costa Blanca North

The northern Costa Blanca represents the coast between Denia (in the North) and Alicante (in the South), Spain. This bright, Valencian colonial style villa with panoramic sea views is located in one of Javea's most prestigious areas, Portixol. Enjoy privacy in this quiet cul-de-sac location.

Its orientation is north towards the sea and south to the back stone terrace. In summer, the house enjoys sunshine until 9pm.

The villa is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the terrace with a pool with movable fence for child safety, terrace with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, where you can relax and enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean climate. The garden is private with a lawn and a wooden garden house. On the same floor is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sink and access to the south-facing rear terrace. The main entrance is also on this floor.

Upstairs there is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace. The kitchen is open to the living room and next to it there is a sitting room and a guest toilet. There is a possibility to convert the living room into an enclosed kitchen and make the living room bigger by removing the current kitchen.
