Costa Blanca North

The northern Costa Blanca represents the coast between Denia (in the North) and Alicante (in the South), Spain. The northern part of the Costa Blanca is very mountainous, yet ithas a lot of beaches, some rocky, others sandy. The mountainous terrain enriched byorange, lemon, pine, olive treesserves as a barrier to protect the area from strong winds creating a distinctive microclimate. This bright, Valencian colonial style villa with panoramic sea views is located in one of Javea's most prestigious areas, Portixol. Enjoy privacy in this quiet cul-de-sac location.

Its orientation is north towards the sea and south to the back stone terrace. In summer, the house enjoys sunshine until 9pm.

The villa is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the terrace with a pool with movable fence for child safety, terrace with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, where you can relax and enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean climate. The garden is private with a lawn and a wooden garden house. On the same floor is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sink and access to the south-facing rear terrace. The main entrance is also on this floor.

Upstairs there is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace. The kitchen is open to the living room and next to it there is a sitting room and a guest toilet. There is a possibility to convert the living room into an enclosed kitchen and make the living room bigger by removing the current kitchen. From the living room there is a second terrace with a lovely sea view. The pool is accessed by a wide staircase. There is also a guest toilet and storage room.

The basement is open plan and takes up the whole area of the house and all the technical equipment is there.

EQUIPMENT:

The villa has modern interior finishes and all electrical appliances. The pool is heated by a heat pump and the water in the house is heated by a solar heater. The house has underfloor heating with heat pump or gas boiler, A/C 5 machines (hot/cold), electric blinds, double glazed windows and tilt and turn windows, as well as fibre optics and an alarm system.

There is a carport at the entrance with parking space for two cars and independent access.

The villa is just minutes from Portixol Bay, 5 minutes from Cabo la Nao or Cap Negre, 10 minutes from Javea and 25 minutes from Denia, where there is all the infrastructure for a comfortable life.
