The villa with a total area of 576 metres and a ten-hectare plot was custom-designed in 2013. The house layout is practical: there are three floors in the house, between which you can move in a modern lift system OTIS.

The master bedroom, classically furnished in purple and gold, is adjoined by a dressing room and bathroom as well as a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and the adjacent

nature reserve. The other bedrooms - one in light orange, the other in soft purple - are designed as guest bedrooms and also have separate bathrooms.

On the ground floor, on the right-hand side of the entrance, there is a spacious living room in warm colours. On the left is the cosy, spacious dining kitchen, whose bright colour accents create a sense of festive lightness.

The basement, hidden from view, holds many surprises. The highlight of this space is the modern and expansive Spa area, which includes a Turkish sauna and hammam, a cold water bath and showers, as well as an extremely spacious relaxation area. For the convenience of the owners, a separate studio flat has been created, complete with its own kitchen and bathroom, for use by the villa's staff or guests.

The basement also contains a cozy home cinema, a specially equipped wine cellar, garage, workshop, storage and utility rooms.

Other features to ensure a comfortable stay include high-speed internet, satellite TV, under-floor heating and the ability to play music in each room and outside the house.

The outdoor space around the house reflects the general spirit of the villa: meticulously planted trees and a spacious grassy lawn with automatic irrigation add an element of cosiness and natural freshness. How pleasant to spend your mornings on a sun lounger on the outdoor terrace of the house, with the option to take a dip in the cool cosy pool at any time!

If you prefer an active holiday, the villa's location offers a variety of leisure activities. The sea is calm and gentle sloping, making it ideal for long swims and swimming with children. The area is also excellent for walking, cycling, surfing and fishing; the yacht marina is just five kilometres away and golfers will be pleased to find over 30 courses within an hour's drive.
