Costa Blanca North

The northern Costa Blanca represents the coast between Denia (in the North) and Alicante (in the South), Spain. The northern part of the Costa Blanca is very mountainous, yet ithas a lot of beaches, some rocky, others sandy. The mountainous terrain enriched byorange, lemon, pine, olive treesserves as a barrier to protect the area from strong winds creating a distinctive microclimate. On a plot of 1106 m2 we find this villa of 610 m2 with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

We access it from the street by stairs or ramp, by means of this one we enter to the basement floor, we find in front a wide garage of 92 M² useful, to the left the very complete room of facilities. From the garage we access the sports area of approx. 80 M². In this area we find a heated swimming pool and hydro-massage with counter-current swimming, a landscaped patio, steam sauna, toilet and multifunctional shower.

From this floor we have access to the ground and upper floors by staircase or lift for six people.

The entrance hall and staircase area is about 30 M². From the hallway, to the left, we access the lounge - dining room and kitchen area with a total of 78 M² usable area and with large windows through which we enjoy beautiful views and exit to the exterior.

Going back inside, from the hallway, on the right hand side we access the laundry and ironing room and from there a large terrace - drying area.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom with a large dressing room. All rooms lead out onto a 100m² terrace with breathtaking views.

To the south there is another terrace of 42m². With exits from the hallway and the bathroom of the master bedroom.
