The northern Costa Blanca represents the coast between Denia (in the North) and Alicante (in the South), Spain. The northern part of the Costa Blanca is very mountainous, yet ithas a lot of beaches, some rocky, others sandy. The mountainous terrain enriched byorange, lemon, pine, olive treesserves as a barrier to protect the area from strong winds creating a distinctive microclimate. Description

Great villa under construction in Moraira. The project under construction is a villa with a plot of 1.715 m², this large Villa of more than 900 m², has 5 bedrooms and an extra living room, or 6 bedrooms all of them with integrated bathroom. The main entrance is on the ground floor, where part of the 105 m² covered patio is used for parking. At the back and to the right of the same courtyard, the property is accessed via a large 25 m² hallway by means of a staircase or a panoramic lift for 6 people. On the first floor, we have a sports area of more than 90 m², with gym, toilet, multi-function shower, dry sauna and wet sauna, heated swimming pool with hydro-massage and counter-current swimming. In this area dedicated to sport but also to relaxation, there are large windows with beautiful views of the valley and the extensive and beautiful garden of the Villa, formed on different levels, all connected by paths and stairs. On this level, we find the lowest of the three ponds that are formed at different heights and linked by small waterfalls, which whisper in your ears. This floor is also dedicated to other services, such as a fully furnished laundry room with top quality electrical appliances. Another 20 m² approximately are dedicated to storage. From this, we access the Villa's installations room, which also has access from the outside, so that the maintenance services use this entrance and not other parts of the house. The first floor is the sleeping area. We have foreseen two options: On the first floor, on accessing it, we dedicate a space to a living room of about 32 m², from this, there are two bedroom areas, one at the back on the right coming out of the panoramic lift, with two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The other to the left with two further bedrooms and the master bedroom which, at 65 m², is a real luxury, with wonderful views over the bay of Moraira and the valley formed between the mountains. In the second option, the living room is reduced to a hallway, creating another bedroom with a separate bathroom for your exclusive use. All the bedrooms are very spacious, from the smallest at 20 m² to the master bedroom at 65 m². All have en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms or fully fitted wardrobes. They also, except for one, enjoy excellent views to the sea or to the valley and mountains, or both. They also have access to the gardens, all of which are connected, as mentioned above. On this level is the first and highest of the ponds and surrounded by gardens, we have a swimming pool specially designed for swimming. On the third and last floor, we created a secondary access to the plot, both for vehicles and for people. Both through this access and through the staircase, we access a hall, with a wardrobe and a courtesy toilet. From the hall and from the panoramic lift we enter the large living-dining room-kitchen of 99 m². The kitchen is equipped with the best brands. The living room has a modern and minimalist style fireplace. The views are really beautiful. The vision of the blue sea with the Peñón de Ifach in the background, transport us to a world of peace and serenity. Surrounding this floor are several terraces, of which 62 m² are covered terraces. Here outside, there is a toilet and near the kitchen and the dining room, we created a barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends. And speaking of enjoying with your family and friends, of course, another pool, this one is infinity and incorporates two large sun loungers inside and hydro-massage for total relaxation with views of the sky, the sea and the mountains. As mentioned above, all levels of the Villa and the plot are connected by the gardens.
