Great villa under construction in Moraira. The project under construction is a villa with a plot of 1.715 m², this large Villa of more than 900 m², has 5 bedrooms and an extra living room, or 6 bedrooms all of them with integrated bathroom. The main entrance is on the ground floor, where part of the 105 m² covered patio is used for parking. At the back and to the right of the same courtyard, the property is accessed via a large 25 m² hallway by means of a staircase or a panoramic lift for 6 people.
